Based on my experience. I been in Japan since 1980. I work in company in Saitama. Then I work also in Korean for one year and a half then I come here in Hong Kong. 2012 my first employer Japanese I work only 6 months. 2 kids 6 months old boy and 2 years old girl. 2nd employer 2013 - 2021 2 kids 1 years old boy and 2.5 years old girl. Then they are also relocating to Japan. They are also Japanese. 3rd 2021 - 2023 1 kids 4 years old boy. They are also relocating this coming April 2023 end of working for them.
