I decided not to renew my contract in my present employer because I want to find an employer who can provide a room and looking for a higher salary as well.
If its possible I want to work with my sister in Philippines together with same employer.
 
For my previous employeer Japanese and Czech Republic, I work with my sister. We take care of four kids but sadly they have to go back to Japan and they recommend as to their friend and we have seperated employeer. This time around I'm hoping to find employeer that who can hire my other one sister to work with.

For the additional information about my driving, I drive new territories mostly airport, kowloon side and hk island.
I passed my road test in happy valley.I'm recently working in happy valley.
