HKO Arigatoo Phil Maids was founded in Hong Kong on August 2017. The director, Ms. Kon, is a qualified Japanese teacher: teaching Japanese for over 10 years in Hong Kong

• We are an ethical agency so our policies and rules are all following the Hong Kong law.

We are taking a middle position between employers and helpers.

We can introduce you to any kind of Filipino domestic helpers - recently finished their contract in Hong Kong, ex-Hong Kong, ex-abroad, and new arrivals from the Philippines. All domestic helpers take general training in Philippines and take TESDA Domestic Work NCII Certification.

We also provide special training for Japanese families (manner, cultural differences and so on) if its requested by employers.

We are supporting their skills and training in Japanese language and cooking as well, so if you are an employer who is looking for a helper to let us know your requests.

Are you looking for a helper who:

can speak English/Japanese well
has experience working with Japanese/International families
can take care of babies/children/elderly/disabled person/pets
has experience working in Japan/other foreign countries

We aim to find helpers for our clients, with the following best qualities:

Good communication skills
Concept of good hygiene
Hospitality
Sense of responsibility
Sensible and honest
Healthy and energetic
Have skills/experience for respective duties
Have at least 2 years of working experience as a helper overseas (status of finish contract)

We believe that experience and skills can improve over time, so we do not only focus on helpers' experience, skills and status unless our clients request it. We will, however, do our utmost to get the perfect match for your needs!

We recommend you to start looking for a helper at least 3 months before hiring. Of course, we can also introduce helpers if you need one immediately - in this case, your selection will be from among helpers who will be finishing their contract soon in Hong Kong.
